Through the whole process Cory was responsive and let us know when our new vehicle was arriving. Even at the last minute changing to a higher model he didn’t seem to mind one bit and worked around of scheduling to get us the perfect new ride. We bought a used Honda Pilot and Ira Lexus was great. Stephanie was our sales lady and she was great and super nice. The lady at the front desk and Sven in finance were also nice as well. Very disappointed with the buying experience. I paid full price for the car and then was told I had to trade my car in in order to be able to purchase the car. Even though I already had an offer from someone for more money than the dealership offered on my trade. Also, before the car arrived, I had to call the dealership three times to find out payment information because I never got a call back. And after I got home from purchasing the car, I found a bag of parts and screws in my trunk because somebody forgot to install things during PDI. I called to mentioned it and asked if it was something I could do myself. I still have not received a call back with that information. When I purchase the car I was also left waiting in the showroom for almost 2 hours because the finance department was busy even though I was told to be there at a certain time to make sure it would be a quick process. More
