Very disappointed with the buying experience. I paid full price for the car and then was told I had to trade my car in in order to be able to purchase the car. Even though I already had an offer I paid full price for the car and then was told I had to trade my car in in order to be able to purchase the car. Even though I already had an offer from someone for more money than the dealership offered on my trade. Also, before the car arrived, I had to call the dealership three times to find out payment information because I never got a call back. And after I got home from purchasing the car, I found a bag of parts and screws in my trunk because somebody forgot to install things during PDI. I called to mentioned it and asked if it was something I could do myself. I still have not received a call back with that information. When I purchase the car I was also left waiting in the showroom for almost 2 hours because the finance department was busy even though I was told to be there at a certain time to make sure it would be a quick process.
