Pleasant experience We were looking to see what options we had in the Certified Pre Owned market for Lexus RX vehicles. The Sales Rep (Mark Gauthier) met us in the lot, We were looking to see what options we had in the Certified Pre Owned market for Lexus RX vehicles. The Sales Rep (Mark Gauthier) met us in the lot, offered assistance if we needed it. We weren't familiar with the product lines, so he gave us a brief overview and allowed us a test ride. That was it. Car sold itself. He didn't push to consider new and was confident in the quality of the CPO vehicles. More
