Service I had an issue in being charged as I was to receive one more free service. The Service Lead listened, investigated and quickly resolved the issue. He offered to bring my car into the bay for us, because it was raining outside and it was just located right outside the bay. I didn’t want him to go out of his way to do that, but I just was impressed by his actions and he insisted on walking out to our car and “opening” my door for me. I don’t know if I have ever had that level of stellar service at a 5 star hotel! All the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the short period we were in the dealership.
