He offered to bring my car into the bay for us, because it was raining outside and it was just located right outside the bay. I didn’t want him to go out of his way to do that, but I just was impressed by his actions and he insisted on walking out to our car and “opening” my door for me. I don’t know if I have ever had that level of stellar service at a 5 star hotel! All the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the short period we were in the dealership. Kelli was my advisor for the visit, and she was a delight. Again, very accommodating as well as knowledgeable. More
