I must say my experience dealing with Hugo has been phenomenal! Not only is he very informed of the vehicles, but also goes above and beyond with due diligence. I know I can be a bit demanding with my requests as my lifestyle is quite hectic. I wanted a simple process to lease again and did not have time to come in and discuss all options. Hugo was always available, made himself available at the crack of dawn with questions fielded by me and went above and beyond to meet my husband and I in Cambridge to deliver the vehicle. I cannot say enough about his professionalism! I would certainly and have bragged about Hugo and Lexus in Bedford to many of my family members and co-workers. Thank you for making this a quick and simple purchase/lease, with no strings attached!!! On another note, each time I've gone to service my vehicles, previously with my Lexus 210, Kellie Sforza has been amazing and had my rental to use for the day ready upon arrival, no waiting! All went according to plan the next morning and car was even warmed up and ready when we arrived for our test drive. We were greeted by Nigil and taken good care of by Chris. The whole process went smooth and I felt Chris and the dealership valued my time by streamlining the paperwork. Even Jose in finance was very efficient at going over the finances. A very nice touch that was unexpected was taking delivery of the BMW in the side garage area with a big red bow on the vehicle.
