OUT-OF-TOWN BUYERS BEWARE! These guys sold a car out from under me while I was in the process of buying it. After the sales person assured me that they don't do this, the sales manager, two days later, sold the car that I had committed to buying - in writing (with the sales person) the day before. I had agreed to fly to Manchester and had even found my own financing (when the finance guy wasn't in store when I started the process). I see not just questionable ethical behavior by the sales manager and a policy that wouldn't allow me to complete the process online/from out-of-state, I also fault the sales person who demonstrated no urgency whatsoever in completing my sale. He didn't even see my written acceptance (in my "profile") until the end of the day AFTER it was sent -- and only then when I called to find out why he didn't respond earlier - with the excuse, "it was very busy here today."
