False advertising on autos and prices that were not real and not available! Ploy to get customers to waste time contacting them, so they could try to bait and switch.. Uninformed personnel, sales rep completely ignored me once I signed the deal. They told me they could not transfer my old plate from my trade-in, then charged $150 for out-of-state license, which afte once I signed the deal. They told me they could not transfer my old plate from my trade-in, then charged $150 for out-of-state license, which after over a month, ended up being a transfer of my old plate. When I called to ask them to return my license plate, which they told me they could not transfer, I was blamed for it. It then cost me another $62 at home in PA for a new plate, after having already them $150 for the new plate. When I called the pre-owned sales manager Liridon he demanded that I apologize for complaining about my service. Find another dealer. Very poor customer care. More
