Everything was really great except for picking up my car after service. I spoke with the man at the desk, told him my name and the name of my service person, told him the bill had been fully paid and I coul after service. When I asked what was up after 7 or 8 minutes, I was told Josh was on he phone. I waited another 7 or 8 minutes before asking if anyone else could help. Finally another man came out and helped me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by the gentleman who checked me in.
