Had a synthetic oil change done website indicated it would cost $89.95 for synthetic oil change. When I received the bill I was sticker shocked $127.64, -$13.00 for afternoon appointment. Sold me a $350 spare key that did not include the metal key part or the loop to attach it to a key ring. Refused to fix the issue, blaming it on Lexus.
