I recently leased a new IS250 from Lexus of Manchester. The salesperson I worked with was Doug Clifford. He was very friendly and knowledgable of the product and the financing options I had available. I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted and Doug was extremely helpful in the process of finding my car. They did not have a car with the color and options I wanted on the lot, but he located one nearby and it arrived a day later. He was able to set me up with the perfect lease and I got the exact car that I wanted. I could not be happier with the process. It went very smoothly and I took delivery much sooner than I thought possible. All of the salespeople were very friendly and were not pushy at all. Applying for the lease was also very painless and quick, I had an answer very promptly. I would recomend IRA Lexus of Manchester to anyone in the market for a new or used Lexus. The service department is also very friendly and I look forward to working with them in the future More
