This is the second RX330/350 purchased from Doug Clifford at this dealership. Doug originally sold me my first Lexus RX330 in April, 2005 which I just traded in (with 86,200 trouble-free miles) 2 days ago f at this dealership. Doug originally sold me my first Lexus RX330 in April, 2005 which I just traded in (with 86,200 trouble-free miles) 2 days ago for an RX350. Honestly, I was more "in the mood for a new car" than "needing" a new car. The new car is a big improvement over the 330 and I can't wait to drive it more. Doug is exactly the kind of sales consultant I like. He knows what he's talking about...knows the competition...does not exaggerage...a real straight shooter. He spent more than enough time with us to conclude this sale. Our first visit was really just seeing the new model and getting a sense of price. We then decided to move ahead and made an appointment with him on a Sunday when he was not scheduled to be at the dealership. This was the best time for us and Doug made the time for us. While price is certainly important, I'm more interested in the quality of the car itself and the service I will get at the dealership. I'd also like to mention the outstanding service I enjoyed on my RX330 over the past 6 years...all due to the wonderful efforts of Laurie Beauchemin in the service department. She's always happy to hear from me and has gone way out of her way to make me a very happy customer. I note that there are no Amenities listed for the dealership, but they have a wonderful customer lounge with cable TV, free internet access with work desks and a great selection of coffee and fruit. They've almost finished their new building and I can't wait to see what that looks like! More

The sales manager, financial person and the service dept personnel were also great. Very patient and explained everything clearly. Doug is the best and the main reason why I recommend this dealer. I wasn't thrilled with the length it took the finance department to accept our full cash payment and the subsequent problems we had at the r dealer. The IRA staff, most notably Rosie and Doug, made the purchase of our RX350 a wonderful experience. We showed up fairly informed and were evaluating the comfort and drive in comparison to similar models purchase of our RX350 a wonderful experience. Doug pointed out less than obvious features about the Lexus; he did not malign the competition. We never felt like we were being sold. After the decision, he worked with us on a fair price by comparing IRA's invoice with one from Edmunds. Once the purchase was complete, Doug introduced us to the knowledgeable service staff (Rosie). He spent close to 2 hours with us when the impeccably clean vehicle was delivered. He's called us no less than 3 times to confirm our delight with the purchase and to answer any questions. More
I was very disappointed with the way this dealership ran it's business from the second I walked in the door. First of all, I had to wait around before any one would even talk to me about what I was there f it's business from the second I walked in the door. First of all, I had to wait around before any one would even talk to me about what I was there for. Any dealerships in the past that I have gone to, I have had no trouble getting someone to talk to, especially salesmen. Secondly, the salesman would tell me one thing and then the financial guy would tell me something that contradicted what the salesman told me. For example, I was told by the salesman that they had a runner who would register my car for me and finalize all the paperwork. When I decided to get my loan from a credit union and not through Lexus, all of a sudden the financial guy tells me that they "Lexus really doesn't have any runners" and usually only do that if you finance through Lexus. Well when I asked what the $395 administration fee was for if they weren't doing any of that for me, he told me they keep all my papers on file. Really? Needless to say, I put up enough of a stink that they did all of a sudden find a "runner" to do my registration for me. Then, I had to wait for hours on the day I was in to sign papers and pick up my car. Everything was supposed to be ready for me when I got there to speed up the process and NOTHING was ready for me. I played phone tag for weeks about a part that they owed me, and one week, I had to wait 5 days for a call back. All in all, I found the customer service at this dealership was exceptionally terrible. I am on my third Lexus, and I plan on owning many more Lexus vehicles in my future, but I will never, ever, buy a car from them again. More
