After purchasing many cars over the years, I had the best experience ever as I recently acquired a 2013 GS 350. Joe Cardello was very knowledgable and a wonderful resource throughout the process. After threatning to leave, due to the rude behavior of this man, Diane asked us to come back and work with her some more. Bottom line, we bought the car but I swore I would never return. This past Easter weekend, we were in Manchester and were interested in seeing the new GS-350, just looking. We stopped by and were met, shortly after, by Samantha Sula. She was not pushy, very knowledgeable, and more than willing to work with us. After a test drive, I mentioned that if our car wasn't so dirty, I would ask for an estimate. She said that IRA buys dirty cars at a very good price. We were given a price, it was off of my willing to pay price by $5000. Sam went back to Steve, I believe, and came back with about half of the difference. I sent her back to the mysterious room and she came back with something that I could live with. We bought the car because we wanted it and Sam was a big part of the selling point. Steve, in the mysterious room, was also very helpfuland pleasant. After all that is what the sales experience is all about, making the dream happen! I am now pleased with the IRA experience and will recommened them to others. My take on this is the buyer is the one who should decide what and where to buy and not a pushy sales staff. We did not experience anything other than pleasant and helpfull staff. More
My overall experience at this dealership was great! I was interested in a car I saw online, but live 1 1/2 hours away. John and Steve both stayed until well after their regular business hours helping me purchase my new vehicle. John was very easy to talk to and made our experience as good as it gets. I also requested some other work be done before we took the car home, and after it was finished, they delivered it all they way to me! Thank you all! More
I went to Ira Lexus looking for a particular vehicle I had seen on their website (2009 IS 250). When I got there it was right up front and it was gorgeous. Doug approached me and was super knowledgeable about the many questions I had. He really has a passion for these cars, knows each one inside and out. Everyone there was friendly and approachable, constantly offering refreshments and asking if we had any questions. I never felt like anyone was trying to "pull one over" on me, which had been my previous buying experience. A few imperfections on the car were added to be fixed as conditions of sale, no problems. Steve ran our credit for financing through a number of companies, getting us a very reasonable rate. He clearly showed us the options for warranty, financing, etc. without pressuring us into anything. While we were waiting for all the paperwork, Doug walked us around to meet everyone in service, support, etc. If you're looking for a nice quality vehicle from equally nice and quality folks, you can't do much better than these guys. Everything was done before hand and when we went to pick up the new vehicle all the paperwork was completed within 10 minutes and that include talking about personal matters as well. You will find the Lexus Manchester dealership very accomodating and the personnel very friendly, cordial and helpful. Finally, you will find a great selection of inventory on hand both new and used so pay them a visit and ask for Thomas Christopher to assist in helping you identify the Lexus model that will meet your needs and for outstanding assistance after purchase. My experience with Ira Lexus was wonderful. My salesman was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, show me all of the vehicle's features, and so on. I leased a new ES350 from Doug back in 2010 and it was the best car buying experience I had ever had. Shortly after I leased it, I went through a divorce and had to trade the car in for a Mazda in order t the best car buying experience I had ever had. Shortly after I leased it, I went through a divorce and had to trade the car in for a Mazda in order to have a cheaper car payment. I finally got to the point where I was financially able to get into another Lexus so I went to see Doug right away. He put me in a beautiful used IS 250 and I am completely in love with it. Again, I had an amazing experience with Doug. He does not sell you a car just to make the sale. He truly wants his customers to have the best experience possible and his goal is to have everyone walk away knowing that they made the right decision. I would purchase a car from Doug again in a heartbeat and plan to try to get into a newer car in the next couple years. The service at IRA is also second to none. Request Rosie. I met Doug Clifford back in July, 2007 when I was interested in buying a Camry, but was not happy with the salespeople on the Toyota side. He sold me a beautiful Camry, but alas, I have always wishe interested in buying a Camry, but was not happy with the salespeople on the Toyota side. He sold me a beautiful Camry, but alas, I have always wished for and dreamed of owning a Lexus, so on Thursday, March 8th, I decided to go down to Lexus and have a look, I only had 45 minutes as I had to pick my daughter up at school. I had already researched them somewhat and knew I could not afford a brand new one, but perhaps one with 20,000 - 30,000 miles on it or so. Well, I saw the car of my dreams, and I had to leave! Doug was supposed to leave at 3PM that day as he had people coming to install granite counters at his house 30 min. away, he offered to wait for me to get back and well....HE MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE! I was back at 4PM and he was with me till 7:30PM that evening and I drove home a beautful 2009 LEXUS IS250.....and I LOVE THIS CAR! I did find some scratches on it the next day, as it was dark out by the time I was really taking a look at it, and I ended up coming back the next morning for a full hour of education on the car, which I needed, as it has so many bells and whistles! Not only was Doug patient, friendly and encouraging, he even made me 2 special CD's of his favorite music! Everyone should request these, the music is wonderful and the stereo in the Lexus is top-notch! And yes they gave me a free tote, and a Lexus keychain and Nigel Long, the sales manager was quick to make an appointment for me to get my car in to have the scratches taken care of...I am amazed by Doug and Nigel's friendliness and their sales center. Go see Doug Clifford for your next car, he's amazing in every way!!! He is my sales person from now on! I won't go anywhere else!! More
I recently purchased a 2012 RX350 thanks to the endless efforts Doug Clifford put into satisfying my demands and the sincerity he showed in accommodating my needs. All through the process of so many changes in the plan Doug continually proved to work with me on my side with patience and faith in me. [I changed my mind a couple times and then had a problem with my old car's leasing company which delayed the process by 3 weeks!] I have dealt with and owned cars from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Acura, Porsche and more but I have never met a better sales person than Doug. Doug is not only very knowledgeable and passionate about the Lexus cars he sells but I think he is also a genuinely enthusiastic and optimistic person in life. His love for music, his dogs, his wife and friends... all that make up a person whom I could trust and like. I am happy that I bought a car from him/this dealership, and I will continue to highly recommend him to all who's interested in getting a car. More
