I was on a mission looking for a used RX330 with low miles ( I had seen an 06 model online that I went specifically to see and test drive). Being a previous Lexus owner and already having test driven the model from other dealers, if the car in inventory was in the beautiful shape as described, I was expecting to trade in my ES300 (with over 200K miles). Doug Clifford greeted us. Someone had just come back from a test drive and another rep had the keys... he had to check on whether it was still available. Fortunately for me, it was and Doug had come out on the drive . This RX330 was a gem! A very knowledgeable sales consultant, Doug was able to answer any question that came up and he knew the model inside and out. Doug made the purchase of this vehicle a very easy and enjoyable process and I would highly recommend seeking him out personally if you are considering a Lexus purchase. Michelle More
I bought a new Lexus a week ago. My sales person was on vacation on the day of delivery so Doug Clifford graciously agreed to deliver the vehicle. He spent about 2 hours with me going over the many features of the vehicle. He demonstrated a great command of all the systems, and was very patient with me who, I'm sure was obvious to him, was having difficulty grasping it all. He repeatedly told me to call him if I experienced any difficulties trying to operate the complicated array of options. Of course I had difficulties, so I called him. He seemed delighted that I called and insisted I come in even though he had other sales customers at the time. He managed to juggle his customers and take care of my concerns too. He's able to make me feel special even though he must have been stressed doing so. I told him that he is the first car salesman I've ever looked forward to visit(I'm 72 and have seen a lot). In short, he's special and a credit to the Lexus brand. PS: all this and he didn't even sell me the car! John M. Carroll More

I was very pleased with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff here at Ira Lexus of Manchester. My husband and I, went Lexus to look at the RX 350 F because that is what I was wanting after his recent purchase of a RR. There on the showroom floor what appeared to be a IS 350 from the front end tu because that is what I was wanting after his recent purchase of a RR. There on the showroom floor what appeared to be a IS 350 from the front end turned out to be a CT200h to our surprise. It was beautiful, sporty and just what I was looking for (even though I was unaware that was what I wanted when we arrived at Lexus). We worked with a new Salesman named Joe and he was fantastic. Joe Fitzgerald had a lot of patience with all our questions. If he did not know the answer he would find out and let us know promptly. He did not try to "pull a fast one on us" or try to talk us into something that we may not have really been happy with in the long run! Dave Derardi the Sales Manager was extremely helpful with our process as well. Neither gentlemen rushed us in making our final decision -- even when it was after 5 pm on a Saturday evening. They treated us with respect and were their first and only customer of the day (although they were quite busy). Lexus has impressed us with this sporty little hybird along with the outstanding customer service that they displayed. I pick up my new set of wheels this week and I could not be happier! More

After calling 3 Lexus Dealerships 1 30 mintues from our house that didn't call me back Dave from Ira Lexus called me back right away, I told him our situation and he was eager to help us, told him that we house that didn't call me back Dave from Ira Lexus called me back right away, I told him our situation and he was eager to help us, told him that we were from Kennebunkport Maine and he gave us the most attention as If we were in NH. Gave him a description of our trade and he put the numbers together and we had a new RX-350 a week later. Got to the dealership on the last day of the month they were busy, dave came over and Introduced himself and I put 2 and 2 together, we ended up working togther for the Lannan family In Ipswich. Small world when you are In the Car biz! anyways John was our Sales associate very nice and very helpful showing Chris her new RX. If you are In the market for a Lexus I recommend this dealership, being In the car biz for over 20 years we were treated exellent! brand new facility easy location and to get to, go see Dave and John! An awful experience. My wife and I were thinking of purchasing a new 2013 Lexus ES350. We currently own a 2009 ES350 and we absolutely love the car. I went on line and shopped around for pricing. I w purchasing a new 2013 Lexus ES350. We currently own a 2009 ES350 and we absolutely love the car. I went on line and shopped around for pricing. I was contacted by a salesman from Ira Lexus in Manchester, who quoted me an internet price in writing and in an email from the IRA LEXUS Manchester website...I communicated with this salesman 2 times through emails to confirm that the discount he had quoted me could and would be taken off the MSRP for any comparable or more expensive model ES350... I brought said paperwork with me today to the dealership. The salesman had set up an appointment for me with the Ira Lexus financial person, Nigel Long. I had also printed out and brought with me a copy of the Kelly blue book trade-in price for my current vehicle, the aforementioned 2009 ES350 I believe to be in excellent condition, with only 33700 miles on it. The salesman was "not available" on this day, Sunday 2/24/13 so I initially worked with Doug Clifford, who my wife and I were very pleased with...things were ok until we entered discussion with Nigel Long regarding the particulars of the pricing. Nigel was quick to explain that the salesman who had quoted me the discount pricing was absolutely wrong in his quote as it was written and that the pricing would not be honored. I quickly pointed out that I did not make it up, that he was holding in his hand the very communication from the IRA LEXUS Manchester website that supported my claim......Nigel then explained to my wife and myself in typical Dealer doublespeak fashion about the numbers and how even he would buy a vehicle at this discount. I decided to move the conversation on to the appraisal of my trade-in...I obviously now expected to be low balled here, but not to the tune of $2500 !! Nigel had advised us that if I went online to check the pricing of my vehicle, that I would find that it would sell for only $21000...that it was ridiculous to think any dealership would pay me the Kelly blue book for my trade-in...As soon as I arrived home, I went on auto dealer.com and found the same exact vehicle with almost the same mileage as mine (33045) at a price tag of $22998 at Herb Chambers ....the price range for 2009 ES350's within the mileaage range of my vehicle was from $23000 up to $27000!!! Kelly blue book trade-in value for my vehicle is 21046......Nigel 's offer to us was approximately $18500. So needless to say, my wife and I exchanged pleasantries with Nigel and Doug and headed home through the snow after a very disappointing experience..I could have saved us a lot of aggravation had I known the quotes given to us meant less than zero. The best car buying experience ever!!! Doug Clifford has to be the friendliest and most genuine sales person we've ever dealt with when buying a car.
