Ms. Kelly Sforza, service coordinator, was very professional and courteous. David, at drive-in, was cordial and explained to me the work that was to be completed. Barry, at pick-up, was very friendly and helped with a lingering question I had. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Josh marquis my service advisor was excellent and knowledgeable and even talked to the dealer I bought the car from. Waiting area comfortable with great cars to look at. I do hear of these Lexus vehicles having leaking steering racks constantly even though there's no obvious signs which I find strange though. My last Lexus they told me the same thing but I kept the car another year and steering remained fine. is this a real issue or does Lexus have a lot of extra steering racks out back they want to sell?? More
