To start, Harris is a great sales person and I was thrilled with my used Lexus purchase when I left. Due to the time of evening when we wrapped things up, my State Inspection could not be completed as thrilled with my used Lexus purchase when I left. Due to the time of evening when we wrapped things up, my State Inspection could not be completed as the techs had gone home. Came back two weeks later to get the inspection completed figuring this was an easy going process and what could possibly go wrong. MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN WITH LEGALITIES. Get your State Inspection done on the spot with used vehicle purchases and/or take a video of your vehicle all around to prove the condition when you left. Found out immediately from the tech that they were going to fail my SUV for a chip in the windshield. Told the tech that chip was there when I bought it and they would have to address this. Tech got my sales person Harris who went back and forth with the used car manager saying basically they would not cover it and it was my problem. Advised it was not there and I seen it at the time of purchase but it was so small and not in the field of view for the driver so I thought it didn't matter. (Found out later it didn't matter) Harris led me to his office where the used car manager was waiting. He was loud and aggressive while at the same time claiming I was aggressive since I walked in (not true). Got upset when I was told I would need to buy a new windshield for something that DOES pass inspection. Also told them if they would not address their issue, to give keys back and I would be reporting to the attorney general and bla bla bla. This made the used car manager REALLY MAD and he told me how dare I threaten him with that. That is not an avenue I want to go and he would easily win if I did. At this point he was showing the true colors of the nastiness you could face if the used car manager does not respect you. (I came in wearing beat up jeans and a t-shirt so I do not look like common clientele is what I figured) In the end they passed my SUV but only after I stood up for myself. If I could not have stood strong, he would have easily bullied me into buying an unnecessary windshield. Again... this is the used car manager and not Harris. Harris was the middle man and was told to brush me off so I do not fault him for this. Also, all other associates I have had the pleasure of speaking with were over the top nice. Remember you will only see sunshine and rainbows if you do not require the dealership to step up on their obligations. Also wear something nice when you come in or you may be profiled as someone they can take advantage of. More

Good service, complete and done correctly the first time. We had a billing issue that took several days to resolve, however part of that delay was due to the Thanksgiving weekend. Couple weeks later have been trying to arrange 2nd meeting for a test drive even via phone today at 1 PM, his idea, but was brushed off a couple of times via texts and never had the phone call. It's clear he doesn't want to or doesn't know how to sell me an NX 250 or NX 350 so will be trying other dealerships. More

Buyers beware. I've purchased over 20 vehicles, and Lexus of Manchester, specifically Nigel Long, provided the worst post-sale service I've ever experienced. I b I've purchased over 20 vehicles, and Lexus of Manchester, specifically Nigel Long, provided the worst post-sale service I've ever experienced. I bought my car from them along with an extended warranty and tire and wheel protection. When it came time to use my tire and wheel protection, they showed their true colors. Initially, they tried to deny my wheel claim, stating they would only cover wheels if they no longer hold air. However, there is no such exclusion in the contract. The contract explicitly states: "Tire and Wheel Standard Coverage: The coverage provided by this agreement will reimburse you for the costs associated with the replacement of a tire or wheel that is attached to the vehicle and is damaged as a result of operational or structural failure due to a defect in material or workmanship." Once we got past that, they claimed they wouldn't cover the wheel because it was an aftermarket wheel. Before signing, I had confirmed with the F&I manager that any wheel on the car would be covered, as I always use two sets of wheels, one with winter tires. The contract states: "a tire or wheel that is attached to the vehicle" with no exclusions for aftermarket wheels. Keep in mind, we were five months into the claim with no resolution and continuous attempts to deny my claim. I had enough at this point and informed them that if this was not resolved that week, I would open a Deceptive and Unfair Business Practices case against them and Lexus with the New Hampshire State Attorney General's Office. This finally got their attention, and after over five months, they agreed to replace the wheel. It's absolutely nuts that it took this long, and they only did this since they knew they would be found responsible by the AGs office and subject to pay me triple damages plus fines. To be clear, they only finally covered the wheel to save their own buts. They ordered a wheel, and I asked them to ship it to my house as I was done dealing with this dealership. I also told them I'd come to pick up my wheels that day. Nigel Long, the general manager, replied, stating they would be open until 6 PM that same day. Imagine my surprise when I drove an hour to get there, arriving at 4:30 PM, only to find the dealership closed, locked, and all lights off. I called and emailed, but received no reply. Over the next five days, I called multiple times, left messages, and sent multiple emails, all with no response. When Nigel finally replied, I asked him to bring the wheels to me since they have drivers on staff. My reasoning was that I had made a two-hour round trip for nothing because they mistakenly closed early without informing me. Nigel was adamant that he did not make a mistake and insisted that I drive back up there again. Overall, this was a terrible experience. There is no point in talking to Nigel again, but if his direct boss or someone above him wants to reach out to discuss this further and attempt to make it right, I'd be happy to speak. More
