Joel Gooding was beyond outstanding. Late in the afternoon the day before Thanksgiving, I had issues with two tires that had been losing air. During the pandemic, as I had to isolate, Joel had my car picked up from my home for service and brought back. That is beyond outstanding. Others at Lexus in service have been absolutely tremendous.
