This time we switched advisor to Vince, he is very good and takes care of our car with very good service. Not like the last advisor we used in the same office who was very rude, impatient, and very bad ser and takes care of our car with very good service. When it came time to have our tech briefing we started to run out of time but Luis Quiroga have a a quick run down of the most important features and gave us his card so that we could call with any questions and/or reschedule another full briefing anytime. The high tech features are numerous so this was a great option for us. Thank you again to all the staff at Lexus of Las Vegas. We are Loyal Customers for sure. More

In my opinion I found the sales personnel very helpful. My sales representatives name was Jay Gentry. I found Jay to be very patient and willing to help me look at the vehicles I wanted to look at and an My sales representatives name was Jay Gentry. I found Jay to be very patient and willing to help me look at the vehicles I wanted to look at and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I did not make a choice on my first visit but called and asked for Jay and arranged another visit on another day and looked at another vehicle and my wife and I compared one to the other. There was a clear choice for us even though the car that was a significant lower price was not our choice simply because it smelled like cigarettes inside to my wife and I and my wife would not get in it for a test ride. We chose a more expensive version because to her it smelled brand new. To me I was interested because it had the luxury package and was much more appealing. We were not sure if we could afford it. Jay however spent some time with us and without any pressure were able to come to an agreement. We also would like to thank a man named Leo who was able to guide us through the purchase of our vehicle and explained many aspects of the purchase and we left feeling very comfortable with this purchase. More
