He was extremely patient in answering all my questions to my level of comfort and worked at getting me a fair price for my vehicle. I appreciate his outstanding attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was one hundred percent satisfied. For several days after my purchase I had additional questions and again Mr. Turner although very busy, still took time out of his busy schedule to give me individual attention. I had to have another car transported out of state and Mr. Turner stayed in constant contact with me and the transport company to make sure everything went according to plan. As a retired General in the Air Force, I have a fairly good eye for great people and Chris meets those standards. I would also like to thank Mrs. Hickey, the controller, for taking her valuable time and speaking with me about why my car financing takes a few more days than I anticipated. As a realtor, I have seen lots of mortgage loans go astray and my anxiety level had hit my limit. She spent a good 15 minutes explaining the process and she was 100% correct.
