If you feel good a day, a week, or a month later, then you have completed a good deal. This is how I feel after buying a car from Lexus of Las Vegas. Salesman Johnny Chang was most helpful in my car selection. He first asked me about my vehicle interest so that he can provide me with a list of selections. He then helped me in reviewing various alternatives and even accompanied me to test drive the vehicles. Throughout the process, Mr. Chang was very patient and explained the high and low points of the vehicle. He never pushed me for a quick decision, but instead advised me to consider the vehicle and if such is consistent with my life style. The process in which Mr. Chang provided was a very relaxing way of purchasing a car. It is an experience that I will long cherish because it demonstrates to me the professionalism of the Lexus sales team. Now I am extremely happy with the vehicle that I purchased. I will certainly recommend to my friends to consider visiting Lexus Las Vegas and see Mr. Chang or other salesmen when they need to purchase an automobile. Michael S More

Excellent first-time purchase experience! This was our first Lexus purchase experience and we have nothing but praise for all personnel we encountered. Upon arrival, greeting, vehicle locating This was our first Lexus purchase experience and we have nothing but praise for all personnel we encountered. Upon arrival, greeting, vehicle locating, negotiations, signing and pickup was outstanding. Before visiting the dealership, we did perform our own research and had an understanding of the vehicle we were interested in. On arrival to the dealer, we were happily greeted by Jason Park (JP) and promptly showed us the current vehicle stock and differences between trim levels. From there, he had us sit back while he ran around locating the vehicle to best suite our needs. To be honest, the negotiations portion of vehicle buying was the part my wife and I were not looking forward to, but Jason presented all documents and explained everything without us even asking. Having this experience put us at ease and made purchasing very pleasant. In our opinion, it felt like we were having a casual conversation with a friend rather than someone in sales. The entire experience my wife and I did not feel pressured in purchasing anything we were not comfortable with. In the end, we ended up with a beautiful vehicle and a memorable experience. Car was damaged during service I'm taking my car there for several years. On one visit a few months ago after I left I noticed I had a dented rim. Took my car in for service March 30th 2017 and there's a scratch in the bumper. They said it was already there which was BS. They have you sign a form but they keep all three copies. Didn't review it with me before I left. I guess there's a reason they keep all three copies and you get none! I just had my rear bumper painted because it had a scratch we looked up the front bumper at that time. I'm positive the scratch was not there. They promised to call me and discuss it after taking a picture. They didn't even have the courtesy to make that phone call. You would certainly think a Lexus dealer would have more integrity. I've owned 8 Lexus's. It's interesting how this got swept under the rug. More

Excellent service department! I bought my first used Lexus at this dealership. Not only the car is excellent, the service department is excellent. It used to be a pain to get your I bought my first used Lexus at this dealership. Not only the car is excellent, the service department is excellent. It used to be a pain to get your car serviced but now I enjoy going. If you wait, the lounge is comfortable and my service advisor Vahagn gets my car back in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership. When the warranty is up we will probably trade it in for another one. More
