I was told technician wanted to finish my car before he went to lunch! Always great service. Consistent. Timely. Vince takes good care of me :) additional 1/29/2020 Lexus of Las Vegas Service always comes through for me! My battery died (after only 14 months) and they got me right in and my wait time was as promised. Even washed my car :) This is just one of many reasons why we are purchasing another Lexus.
