We walked in to Lexus knowing that we wanted to lease a new vehicle. I was able to contact sales people via the internet and schedule a time to test drive vehicles within hours. If she's busy she is worth the wait to get the beat deals possible and she expands all the warranty's with out the need of any paperwork or videos. I researched the package from outside vendors and she advised me of each price from the dealer. Overall best experience of my life for any dealership!
