I would also like to thank Mrs. Hickey, the controller, for taking her valuable time and speaking with me about why my car financing takes a few more days than I anticipated. As a realtor, I have seen lots of mortgage loans go astray and my anxiety level had hit my limit. She spent a good 15 minutes explaining the process and she was 100% correct.
