I had been shopping for a new (2019/2020 new for me) RX350. My lady partner said it had to be red. Lexus of Las Vegas had one on their web site and I placed a call. Sam Ko answered the phone. He was very pleasant and well informed about the vehicles he had available. We discussed the red RX350 I saw on line. Price was good and it was a recent lease turn in. To be honest, I needed time to think about it and discuss with my partner. I sent Sam a message via e-mail on Sunday stating that if car did not sell on that Saturday, we would like to move forward with the purchase. We promptly heard from Mr. Ko on Monday morning. Vehicle was still available. We made the deal with a small down over the phone. We live in Colorado and had to make a plane flight reservation to get to Las Vegas. That was done for Wednesday. I let Mr. Ko know when I would arrive at the airport. Sam was very gracious and offered to pick me up (just happened that he had the day off and was moving to a new home besides). He was at the airport waiting for me to arrive and we headed to the dealership. Mr. Ko was very pleasant as we exchanged introductions. We set forth with the paperwork after looking at the car. What a beautiful car! Everything went smoothly. Sam Ko bent over backward to satisfy me and answered every question I could think of. He went over every detail of the functions of the car. What a patient man! I highly recommend you seeing Mr. Sam Ko if you are in the market for a nice Lexus. He'll treat you right and make you feel welcome. Tell him that Paul for Colorado sent you! More

I came into the Lexus service department in a bad mood after needing road assistance for a flat tire on my 4700 mi 350RX at Terminal 1 at Harry Reid Airport after dropping off my daughter. Connecting to R after needing road assistance for a flat tire on my 4700 mi 350RX at Terminal 1 at Harry Reid Airport after dropping off my daughter. Connecting to Road Assist took several tries until someone took my request and said it could be one hour to 90 minutes for someone to come. The AAA came, was very courteous and got me on my way with air in the tire. I drove straight to the dealer with a complaint that I was taking my car in every 3 or 4 days to get air in the tires, when they indicated they were low. Having one of them go completely flat had me frustrated. Because I came in without an appointment, I waited a few hours until they were all checked. I was offered a shuttle but declined. The cause of the flat was attributed to a screw in it, and because the tire was damaged outside of the tread, I needed to buy a new tire. None of this made me a happy camper. The associate was understanding enough when I apologized for coming in there grumpy. He said my grumpiness was nothing like what some people show when things have gone wrong! It was the right thing to say. I immediately put it all behind me. Things happen! More
