Outstanding experience, Sam was awesome to deal with. After seeing it person though and the way the car market is right know I decided to make the purchase (also happened to be the color I wanted). The purchase experience was great too. It seemed to be quicker than other cars I purchased over the years. Overall, the whole process was outstanding and I really enjoyed talking and working with Sam to get this car. It was great. I feared the price of going to the dealership for a service issue. They were AWESOME! The price was the best part as even though I have an older vehicle, the work was able to be covered under an extended part warranty that I never even knew about. The waiting room is the best I've seen in Las Vegas (compared to Volvo/Tesla/Audi). Now I'm a lifelong Lexus fan. More
