Great Service and Customer Experience I had a great buying experience 2 and a half years ago. Zero problems with the car since then. Only new car (my first Lexus) that I have had that ther I had a great buying experience 2 and a half years ago. Zero problems with the car since then. Only new car (my first Lexus) that I have had that there haven't been any issues with. I have been treated very well when I have come back for regular maintenance. I have an odd work schedule an I have had no problem getting a loaner car the day before my maintenance is scheduled. My service advisor is Shane McKinney. He is top notch. More
