On our most recent purchase, we had the pleasure of working with Chris Nolan. Chris was recommended to me by Kevin Page in the service department. Kevin was my service representative for my last two appointments and he went above and beyond. So, when he recommended Chris Nolan, I knew I would not be disappointed. My husband and I wanted to buy a new vehicle for our daughter who is graduating with her Masters degree. Chris Nolan was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was pretty indecisive and kept going back and forth in making my decision. Chris never made me feel pressured or rushed and through out the process his only goal was to ensure that I would be happy with my choice of vehicle for the last few weeks he kept in close contact with me. Chris ended up meeting with my husband and daughter last week. Once he identified what my daughter wanted he searched for the perfect vehicle that met our daughter’s needs. My daughter fell in love with the 2017 RX 450H but the exact style she wanted was not available in Knoxville. Chris searched and after negotiating with the another dealership he secured the vehicle for our daughter. We traded in our daughter’s Toyota RAV4 and we are very satisfied with the trade in offer. Today, the 2017 RX450 H was delivered and our daughter was ecstatic. The entire experience went so smooth and once again we are extremely pleased with Lexus of Knoxville’s customer service. Thank you to Daniel Flores for staying involved. Daniel sold us our first Lexus in 2010 and he got us hooked! Phil Johnson was very helpful as well and followed up on all of our upgrades. From beginning to end, Lexus of Knoxville goes above and beyond to take excellent care of their customers. We highly recommend them and will certainly be back when we need another vehicle.
