The moment my wife and I met him we had instant likeness for him. He was very friendly, very knowledge about the Lexus we were interested in. The process of trying to trade is one thing I do not like. I felt like I did not get enough for our car, because we take care of our vehicles, but I guess everybody feels that way. But Nordehi was very gracious and kind to my wife and me and that meant alot to us. Since the trade he has kept in constant contact making sure everything was good with the car and we were not having any problems. We bought our first Lexus in Chattanooga and they never did call or keep in contact with us. I do not know if we will be able to use your service dept. because we live in Cleveland, because of the cost of having to drive that far. If your service dept. is as good as Nordehi you really have a great dealership. Nordehi thank you again for the way you treated us. I hope we can work something out where you can take care of our service work. More
