They don't beat around the bush going back and forth with prices. We settled pretty quick on the price and they worked pretty quick getting paperwork ready to sign. Best Experience I have bought several cars over the past couple of years. The last 4 years I have driven an Infiniti (QX60, then QX80, then QX60 again.). I enjoyed d I have bought several cars over the past couple of years. The last 4 years I have driven an Infiniti (QX60, then QX80, then QX60 again.). I enjoyed driving the QX80. However, when I bought the first QX60, I wanted the Lexus GX460. My husband didn’t want to purchase the Lexus. So we purchased a QX60, then the QX80, which I drove for 3+ years. Then I traded the QX80 for a Mercedes, then a different Mercedes, then a QX60, which I drove for the last 6 months. FINALLY after many trips to the dealerships, and much money spent, I got my husband to agree to the GX460. I have had the car only 2 days, but my husband LOVES it, and so do I. This was the smoothest purchase experience I have had. Brice was very professional and took lots of time with us. He found us the exact car we wanted and had it delivered to the dealership. When we brought our vehicle in to pick up the new car, the process was seamless. My husband made the comment on Saturday evening that he would definitely recommend Brice and Lexus of Knoxville to anyone who is considering a purchase. More

And, if you need a refresher on a topic, all you need do is call and one of their technology experts will help you, or schedule an appointment for a private session. The dealership's service department is great as well. They will often provide a loaner car and always wash the car with a service. If you wait on your vehicle you may partake in free snacks and drinks. And, they will wash your Lexus free at any time if you purchased it from them. A very nice perk.
