Due in part to my history of car servicing, which required me to have an oil change every 3,000 miles with my company car, I have dealt with hundreds of people. She is beyond the very best in her profession. You are missing an opportunity. She would be perfect in a corporate training position to teach all Lexas and Toyota dealerships how to treat a customer. Her communication skills, her ability to read a customer’s needs and act on them with ease of implementation and her follow up is exceptional.
