This was the complete opposite of what I experienced at Lexus of Knoxville. I owe this experience to Cathy Vandergriff, who got me in and out of there quicker than at a routine doctor appointment. I gave her a brief idea of what I wanted, and the first car she showed me was the car I drove home in that day. From the time I got in there until the time I left, the process was completely painless and stress free because I got the facts instead of the run around. I have had the pleasure of working with Lexus professionals on two prior occasions - notably Daniel Flores and Daniel Carr. This time around, I was fortunate to meet Brice Reynolds, my sales associate. Brice was great to work with on an RX 350 for my wife. He is very knowledgable and experienced, a wonderful communicator, personable, and has an easygoing approach. I know I enjoyed the experience and I hope he did too. Once I agreed to the purchase, I was pleased to get to work again with Daniel C. and Daniel F. to chat and complete the paper trail. I also had the pleasure of meeting and discussing vehicle accessories with Phil Johnson and technological features inherent with these vehicles with Colton Slagley. There must be a reason I have been back to Lexus Knoxville now three times! I cannot rate this dealership and its professional staff high enough. More
