Kudos also to the Service repair technician who took cared of our vehicle and addressed our concerns. He did a thorough inspection, and also found out that there was a problem with our battery. The battery was replaced... .under warranty/goodwill. For that, we truly appreciate the attention to details. Thus, service was great and excellent! More

When I didn't want to complete all the services recommended in the 90k-mile service, he wasn't pushy and was understanding of my reasoning. Some of the service costs at the dealership are high, but that is to be expected at a luxury manufacturer dealership (the oil change is actually rather inexpensive, but the auxiliary services such as engine and cabin air filter change, key fob battery replacement, etc. can be pricey). The loaner-vehicle is always incredibly convenient (and fun), and I appreciate that the vehicle receives a complimentary wash during every service visit. If all I need is an oil change and multi-point inspection, or if there is a more major problem that needs to be diagnosed with my Lexus ES 350, I will always take it to the dealership. I was surprised to find that they hadn't replaced all of the plugs to re-affix the plastic molding that covers the engine components (removed during multi-point inspection, presumably, at least to check the engine air filter), but that is not a huge deal. More
