I had a mechanic hand me my bill and pointed me where to pay ..There were a lengthy amount of suggestions on future needed service on the invoice.. I find that different. More
Not friendly, slow service, lots of small scratches on car The person who greeted me was not rude but was not friendly either. Later I had a question and waited 15 in front of his door to finish the work with one customer, and after he finished he went with the customer out and after they are done he never came to me to see what was my question. I asked my question from another rep and he reaponded them. I had in lexus service center in other states and this one by far was the place that i felt not very welcome. Anyway, it is ok and i hope I am mistaken and have had the wrong impression but this was my impression after the first visit. But the main problem was when I went back home and checked my car body and noticed a lot of small scratches all over the place. I am not sure why that happened but i assume it should be the way they washed it. I will have to go back when I find the time to ask about this but this was very disappointing to see. The last thing was the duration of service for an oil/filter change and tire rotation which was about 2 1/2 hours which was quite long considering my previous experiences at other Lexus locations. The only reason they get two stars is the friendliness of the cashier and cleanness of the waiting area. More

I called the dealership and they got me in for an inspection right away. They were very thorough and were unable to find anything that needed to be fixed fortunately. I left the dealership feeling very reassured and not worried about several upcoming car trips. More
