Great experience for an out of town visitor I was heading in town for a college tour at University if Tennessee, when I had a tire blow out 80 miles outside of Knoxville. Called ahead and spoke I was heading in town for a college tour at University if Tennessee, when I had a tire blow out 80 miles outside of Knoxville. Called ahead and spoke to the service department and they were able to get me a tire , oil change and car wash with only 3 hours to get the work done before they were closing . They gave me a loaner car and sent me on my way to the tour with my daughter . Pulled in 5 minutes before closing they had me already to go, back to Atlanta I headed. Well after getting a restaurant recommendation from them for dinner. Great customer service !! More
