My issue is with the fact that I was charged a couple hundred dollars to clean an air conditioning system on a 2 1/2 year old car with about 18K miles. Seems like a design flaw - something that should have been covered under warranty. I wanted to amend my review, because I had failed to rate Shiloh - always wonderful to work with!! And, also make clear that the cleaning did the trick. The service center is by far the best I have dealt with! More
