Compare Lexus of Knoxville to Grayson BMW and it's more than night-and-day. If you've purchased a vehicle from Grayson BMW, the nightmare starts. Grayson BMW don't want anything to do with you after you've purchased a vehicle from them, and will avoid all responsibilities. Grayson BMW will follow up with you but that's it. They'll tell you to call them, to resolve any issues but when you try too, you basically are ignored or directed to the exit.
