125,000 mile check but found out .... The work was done in the time stated. Did extra work. Replaced trunk latch. Had part in stock. Great. But in the 125k mile check it also included spark plugs to be replaced. But in the price quote we originally got of $420 that didn't include the plugs. That was another $450 more. I was surprised. I would think that when you asked for the price it would include it upfront. Since we only budgeted for around $780 we had to pass on the plugs which was the main reason for us making the appointment. More

I scheduled my appointment with the service department and my advisor was Patrick Roberts. Exceptional, most courteous, and friendly service consultant. Patrick had everything in order and waiting for me. Had scheduled my loaner vehicle, same make as my own vehicle, which made driving transition easy and so convientient. Went over all details thoroughly. I was so impressed with the courtesy wash and greatly appreciated the results. My vehicle looked like i just drove it off the show room.
