Great service Care was taken to diagnose the issue with my car. When it wasn't determined by late Friday afternoon I was advised they wanted to spend more time wi Care was taken to diagnose the issue with my car. Got software update They tried to fix my traffic incedents reports that I used to get but has quit in the last month or two. Suppose to find out. Not heard from them. So I will keep digging until I find someone that knows what’s going on. I probably won’t hear back from this either. They did a nice job washing my car and filled my tank. Excellent Experience I made an appointment a few days before the scheduled service. When I arrived the staff was not just expecting me but completely prepared. They knew I made an appointment a few days before the scheduled service. When I arrived the staff was not just expecting me but completely prepared. They knew why I was there and wasted no time gertting the process started. I had a courtesy/loaner waiting for me. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I was handed the keys and asked only to replace the gas I used. Upon my return I mentioned I had some groceries in the courtesy car. The service manager had a staff person move my packages from one vehicle and put them in my vehicle. Very nice touch and not expected or necessary. Everybody at the dealership made me feel welcome and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and up to date on the status of the repair. If you want great service this is your place. More
