2017 Lexus RX450H Wheel Repair & Tire Replacement My wife hit a pot hole on Kingston Pike after 5pm and the right front tire blew out and damaged the wheel as well. I called Kevin Page at Knoxville Le My wife hit a pot hole on Kingston Pike after 5pm and the right front tire blew out and damaged the wheel as well. I called Kevin Page at Knoxville Lexus and he gave me the Lexus Roadside Service number so I forwarded it on to my wife. He told me he would have a loaner car for her to drive when she got to the dealership. She called Lexus Roadside Service and the representative changed out the flat tire with the smaller spare tire. Kevin stayed late until my wife arrived and made sure she was safely on her way home in the loaner. He called our Lexus wheel and tire warranty Insurance company the next morning and got the wheel repair and tire replacement approved. A new Michelin tire arrived after 1pm and the shop technicians completed the wheel repair with the new tire replacement, cleaned the car and it was ready for pickup by 4pm. Excellent professional service from start to finish! More

I called Lexus of Knoxville Accessories talk to Phil Johnson. Phil got my spoiler ordered on a Monday and installed on my car on Thursday. He also had a car waiting for me to drive while my service was being done. The install job done on my spoiler looks great! My service and experience with the Lexus of Knoxville was very good. More
