Under performed I took my car in for oil change/tire rotation, recall and autobutler service. Autobutler which should include vacuuming and wiping down inside of car. Nothing inside my car was touched/cleaned. When I arrived to pick up my car (8 hours after droping it off).. being told it was ready, I had to wait for 10 minutes while I watched them drive my car into the carwash. I would expect that everything would be completed when I am told my car is ready. Additionally, considering I was there for autobutler, I would think my car would've been washed prior to applying wax, so it makes me wonder if autobutler was even applied??? Or was it applied to my dirty car??? I was also a little put off that I asked to schedule an oil change and then when I arrived was told I wasn't due for an oil change, but then put down for a 25k mile service....I didn't request that. While I appreciate not charging me for an oil change I don't need, I wasn't asked if I wanted the 25k service, just told I'd be charged $120 when I picked up. I feel like this was extremely poor customer service for a dealership that prides itself on 5 star service. Customer service seems to have declined in the past year, as I've been a customer for 10 years at this Lexus dealership. More
