Scheduled maintenance Service was able to schedule me in with short notice & called with findings before proceeding any further. The problem I was faced with was a part tha Service was able to schedule me in with short notice & called with findings before proceeding any further. The problem I was faced with was a part that “wasn’t under warranty by just over 2000 miles” but this could’ve been covered under warranty with no problem had I been told at my previous service that I should get it done while it was still under warranty. I did not appreciate this at all & I have always had all service done with both of my Lexus vehicles throughout the entire time I’ve owned them. Lexus service is impeccable but this certainly left a bad impression. More

First 5000 mile service They answered all my questions as I was bringing in my car for its first service check. I appreciated the text message telling me my car was ready and They answered all my questions as I was bringing in my car for its first service check. I appreciated the text message telling me my car was ready and Kevin responded promptly to that. The grinding noise has been resolved also with the removal of the loose bolt that they found.
