Tire replacement due to pothole. Unfortunately I had to get a tire replacement due to a pothole on the interstate, which blew the side out of my tire. Lexus had the replacement tire n Unfortunately I had to get a tire replacement due to a pothole on the interstate, which blew the side out of my tire. Lexus had the replacement tire next day and provided a loaner car when I brought my car in, allowing me to go to work. The service at Lexus IS always top notch. They contact me when my car is ready to pickup as well. The only negative thing I can say is that there was a sort of gooey/greasy spot on the inside door handle when I picked my car up. I cleaned it off when I got home with no stain left on the leather. All is good and Lexus rates 5 stars!! More

Wonderful People to Work With I cannot tell you just how much I appreciate the excellent and respectful way that I was treated by your staff, especially Kevin (sorry, but I cannot I cannot tell you just how much I appreciate the excellent and respectful way that I was treated by your staff, especially Kevin (sorry, but I cannot remember his last name). Such a fine young man, and an excellent staff member. I have to say that, while I wish to see him do very well in your organization, I have a bit of selfishness in wanting to see him stay my Service Advisor since two have either moved on or moved up. Nevertheless, I would want to see him reach his full potential, so I truly and earnestly hope he moves up quickly. Additionally, when I asked a question about my rear brakes that were being replaced and Kevin took me to show me my vehicle, the mechanic thanked me for my patience: I cannot remember ever dealing with a dealer mechanic who even spoke to me let alone thank me for wanting! It was my choice to wait on site, but still, please thank both gentlemen for me, and that’s exactly how they treated me - with gentlemanly respect. I may not be in the higher eschalon of your customers, but your employees have not made a distinction, and I thank you. More
