Purchases 2015 Lexus 200t We purchased the vehicle in January and we were told that the vehicle had a new battery and the front brakes had been done. We were given two sets of We purchased the vehicle in January and we were told that the vehicle had a new battery and the front brakes had been done. We were given two sets of keys to the vehicle. We took the vehicle to our local garage and we were told that the brakes were 3/4 worn and needed to be replaced shortly. The second set of keys did not work to our vehicle. When we went back to the dealership we were told that a new set of keys would cost $200.00 after some talking we did get a new set of keys. We talked to Riley Trapp, Pre-owned sales manager and he agreed that they would pay 50% on the brakes. I phoned Shiloh Randolph yesterday and left a message and have not had any return phone call with the cost of the brake work. I am not impressed with the Lexus dealership at this time. More

Pot Hole Evaluation. I called Shane and let him know that my vehicle had been involved in an incident involving a treaturous pot hole. Air bag recall Car was recalled because of air bags. Got a call shortly after I took it in. Shiloh said two filters needed to be replaced. My car is 6 years old but mileage is unusually low (<25,000) so I haven't had it in to be checked (other than oil & tires). She asked permission to replace them and I agreed. When I picked up my car, it had been washed inside & out & gas was topped off. Just, WOW! More
