Appreciated his genuine conversation, not any of the trite "how is your day going?" . He reviewed the work done. I liked the troubleshooting strategy of the service technician-made me really believe that the service department knows what they are doing. So again, teamwork and expertise along with genuine friendliness (rather than programmed sound bites) super-impressed me. It's hard to find these days. More
