After taking my 07 Lexus IS350 in for an oil change on a Saturday, I also asked them to investigate a mild squeak in one wheel intermittently and not very bad. I was told I needed 2 rear rotors and a break Saturday, I also asked them to investigate a mild squeak in one wheel intermittently and not very bad. I was told I needed 2 rear rotors and a break job, as well as new tires. Tires still have life left and after they quoted me $1490 for 4 tires I said, UMM NO. I gave them approval to do the 2 rotors and brakes on the rear. They said they would have my car until sometime on Monday (too late on Saturday to finish it). Fine, they gave me a loaner. On Monday I picked up the car. The following morning I got the TPMS light, took my car back over and they indicated there is a very time consuming recall notice related to the timing and that they would need my vehicle for an entire day. I took my car back in today and was told during the first call that the recall was taken care of and that they were trying to diagnose the TPMS, that it was the computer module. When I reminded them that they had done my brakes and 12 hours later the TPMS light came on, this must be from them working on my brakes (having the wheels off the car). They insist that there is no way they could've caused the damage to the TPMS sensor, They now want $196+ to replace a sensor I believe they broke. No light for the six months I've owned the car, they service and now it's broken!!!!!!!! This is preposterous and ridiculous by Lexus of Knoxville, TN. After filing this complaint on Friday, my husband did speak with the service manager on Saturday. They offered the TPMS Sensor at cost, no labor. Around $70.... They apologized and assured us there is no way they could've damaged the sensor but are willing to replace at their cost to us to make us happy. They also offered a free oil change next and the 125,000 mile service free. Their customer service after complaining seems to be much better than my original 3 phone calls. More
I typically don't write reviews but I felt this expience warranted one. I worked exclusively with Logan Waggoner and it was truly an amazing experience to witness. I've never purchased a car over the Internet, site unseen before. Logan provided me with the info/pictures I needed to be comfortable with this since I am located in Atlanta. The process from start to finish was only 3 days. The response was prompt and professional. Logan went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle to me half way in north Georgia. Signing paper work on the tailgate and the knowledge transfer of the truck was something I've never done but very much like the kitchen table given this was a pickup. Thanks again for all your efforts on this guys! More

My local dealer did not have the car I wanted so I did an online search of dealerships in three states. Logan Waggoner from Lexus of Knoxville emailed me back the next morning. I was told he didn't have the car I wanted but they had found one in another state and could have it in a few days. I was given a great price and great service. I started the process of buying a car on a Monday. By Thursday I drove my new car home. Three of the other dealerships hadn' t even responded yet. Logan was right on top of things from beginning to end. Everyone in the dealership was super friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend Logan Waggoner and Lexus of Knoxville when buying your next car. More

Phil has contacted me several times since the purchase to see if everything was Ok with the vehicle and if he could help. Before this vehicle I owned a 2007 RX350 that I also bought at Lexus of Knoxville so I was familiar with the car. I recommend Lexus of Knoxville and Mr. phil Raines to anyone looking to buy a car, they are the BEST !!! More
The only reason I bought Lexus was due to it's Customer Service. I recently went to LEXUS OF KNOXVILLE as I had Low Tire warning on 2nd November 2011. I met with Scott Brewer Service Consultant and he told Service. I recently went to LEXUS OF KNOXVILLE as I had Low Tire warning on 2nd November 2011. I met with Scott Brewer Service Consultant and he told me that I need to replace my all the 4 Tires due to Wear & Tear, I asked him give me a quote and within 20 Mins he gave me a Quote Which are as Follows: 1) $880 For Dunlop Tires 2) $1200 For Michelin Tires Pilot Sport AS I asked him if he could check whether I was covered for replacements as I had Road Hazard Warranty for my Tires with Fidelity, So he called and verified with Fidelity that everything was covered including parts, labor and Alignment. I was scheduled for the service next week. My wife called him the very next day to reconfirm the appointment and recheck that we won't be charged a Dime. Next week we called to reschedule the appointment and was told that Scott Brewer no longer worked with them And I would be working with Eric henceforth. So I spoke with Eric and explained the whole scenario to him; he told me that he would check the details out and give me a call back. He never called so I called him the next day. Eric spoke very rudely to me saying that they were not doing charity and I would not be able to get the tires for free. The whole thing wasn't about money but about the customer service. If I speak to one service tech and am given a price quote, it must be honored by the company. Most astonishing part of the whole situation is that We Called the Dealer Twice and Reconfirmed everything but in the end they backed off from their own commitment So I had to call the Corporate and get them involve in this matter. I would NEVER RECOMMEND LEXUS OF KNOXVILLE to anyone for their service or for buying a car from them. This is my worst ever experience with the LEXUS Brand & its customer Service. More

Lexus of Knoxville set the standard for doing what's "right". On top of that, everything was very convenient. An excellent lounge with wi-fi so individuals can perform work if desired and convenient snacks and beverages. When my car exited the shop; it was very clean and the service dept gave an excellent review of work performed. No further issues; all maintenance was correct and detailed. If you work and actually perform daily tasks, this is the route to g. Get a Lexus. If your time is not important and you like to spend time without your car, get a BMW. More
