Customer satisfaction I first had a 1999 ls400. Now i have a 2002 ls430. Not everyone that drives a lexus is rich but either way, you're treated with respect and fairness. I first had a 1999 ls400. Not a good experience I'm really surprised at all the good ratings I see here. I was interested in buying a Lexus RC 300. Went into the dealership, it was very chaotic, I'm really surprised at all the good ratings I see here. I was interested in buying a Lexus RC 300. Went into the dealership, it was very chaotic, lots of people. A saleswoman named Catherine came to help us and we told her which car we wanted to see. She didn't ask about color, features we wanted, she just went back and brought out an RC 200. When we told her it wasn't the car we wanted she seemed confused. She checked, they didn't have a 300 on sight, so we test-drove the 200. I asked her if there were features I needed to know about before we left for our drive and she said no. So no instruction on any features. Along the way I asked her about features in the car, she didn't seem to really care to explain or didn't know, not sure which. I have to note that she was very nice, she just didn't seem to know a whole lot about the car. After the test drive we were left standing for quite a while in the middle of the waiting room, no offer to sit, no offer of water. We were finally led back to a room where she left us with Daniel Flores to discuss price if we had the model of the car we wanted shipped in. We wanted the RC 300 ordered with the options that we wanted. We knew what that would cost. Instead he told us he could ship in one of two cars that were fully loaded with items we did not want. He didn't seem to hear that we were willing to place an order and wait for what we wanted. Ignoring that we wanted to order a car, Daniel immediately went into a "sales pitch" for all the additional cost of items we did not want that were added to the sticker price. The items were gap insurance, pinstripe, door/handle plastic adhesive to the car and $1200 to have a car sent from another dealer. (The car that had more options than we wanted.) We told him we didn't want these items and he said they "were a service that Lexus provides to it's customers and not optional." (BTW, he said we could decline any of these options, but we would still be charged for them.) The pin stripe wasn't something we wanted, but again, it was not optional. They actually add it when the car comes in to their lot. He wasn't listening to us. We were prepared to buy that car, which costs over 50K. We left and immediately went back to Audi where we were treated extremely well and with respect. I had heard of similar experiences from friends from this same dealer, but I really wanted that car. Now I get it. The service and treatment matters. I don't want the car that much! More
Aug 26 2015 I stopped to get my Lexus serviceman ended up getting a new E S 2016,, I dealt with Paige an Daniel Flores! They did a great job!! Daniel has taken care of all of our service needs since day one. He makes sure that your extremely satisfied with your service appointments and was very fair in negotiating the selling price of our vehicles. If for any reason you have an issue or concern, Daniel is right on top of it. The service department staff members are very courteous and the lender vehicle makes your service appointment go so much smoother. The waiting area is nicely decorated, comfortable and is stocked with refreshments, snacks and coffee. We will definitely be back in the near future for another vehicle from Lexus of Knoxville. More

New Lease My wife and I just leased a 2014 Lexus 350 amnd this is the second car we have bought from Lexus of Knoxville. Both times we have worked with Robert Smith who is outstanding in the way he treats people. No pressure at all but just very helpful. I would and will highly recommend Lexus of Knoxville and Robert Smith to anyone. I am not sure of her name but the young lady who gave us all the information on the techology of the car butwas GREAT.
