When your visit took place on Saturday, January 30th our dealership was in the midst of our month end sales event. We strive to ensure that each and every one of our customers is handled professionally and courteously, even during our busiest of times. Catherine is one of our customer favorites here at the dealership and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction month after month. The involvement of Daniel Flores was in effort to be most courteous with your time. We feel as though there is a misunderstanding of the "sales pitch" in which you refer to. Our dealership strives to be up front and honest regarding all items added to our vehicles. The explanation of the additional items was in an effort to be full disclosure. In regards to this specific vehicle that you were hoping to find, it was extremely limited availability based on the options in which you selected. As with all guests we were attempting to locate this vehicle for you. We do our best to provide, you, our guest with the best possible options that prove to be the best monetarily beneficial even if that involves a higher equipped vehicle at a reduced price.
