Greedy Dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a deal lined up for $24,600 with only $400 off the asking price which was $10 away from being outside of the KBB fair purchase price range after t Had a deal lined up for $24,600 with only $400 off the asking price which was $10 away from being outside of the KBB fair purchase price range after the reduction. So it wasn't a killer of a deal from the start. I also had a hold on the car (which I haven't been refunded yet) then a manager relisted the car and dropped the price to $20,999 i called and Shane said it was a typo and they removed the listings from the sites the car was on. I backed out of the deal due to the fact that they were being overly greedy on the price, plus they wouldn't give me the car for that price & cared less about giving me a good deal. Think because i was using my own bank to finance the car plus i wasn't buying a Lexus. That's not all they have it listed back at the price of $20,999. Consumers look to get a great deal when buying a car and this dealership failed to meet the standards of doing so. I have called and emailed Shane multiple times yet he hasn't reached back out to me. This Dealership is a joke and isn't fair, go someone else if your looking for a great deal and not settle for a sticker price!!! More
FALSE INFORMATION WITH SIGNED CONTRACT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER Purchased a 2014 Lexus IS250 back in July 8th, 2016. After signing contract with Robert Nelson stating Santander was going to be the bank financing Purchased a 2014 Lexus IS250 back in July 8th, 2016. After signing contract with Robert Nelson stating Santander was going to be the bank financing the vehicle, I received a message from him on August 10th (after 1 month) stating the bank needed a payment done from a previous vehicle I had that was a total loss to take me out of the title. He also requested for me to send him all documents related to this total loss I had, since based on that previous deal done at CarMax, the bank was not giving me the approval. All documents requested were send. He stated he was working with Santander, that I had nothing to worry about. On September 13th, I received another message (over 2 months of signing a contract) that I will need to go again to the dealer and see Chris Hyeck, the general manager, since Santander was not accepting the deal and the car needed to be returned. Passed by on October 12th and left a message with Wendy, the young lady in the front desk, since the manager was in a meeting, to please call me. Sent a message to Robert to let him know and he replied to please contact Armando Rivas, another finance person. Right away I called him, and by surprise, he was very impolite. Mr. Rivas treated me over the phone like I was someone trying to steal a vehicle from the dealer. I went in person with my husband to speak to Mr. Rivas since I didn't like his tone over the phone to go over other solutions trying to find a bank that will finalized the deal. He offered me the option to see someone at Kendall Toyota to do the finance with them. That was on a Friday afternoon. Waited for their call, and on the following week, on Wednesday they advised for me to returned the vehicle since this other guy at Kendall Toyota couldn't do anything either. My credit was ruined for so many times they submitted an inquiry. On the same Wednesday I went in person trying to speak to the manager and Mr. Rivas approached to me in the side of the lobby, and told me (not in private) that he had a car already approve and ready (a 2010 Ford Focus). For my understanding, if a customer goes to get a car, will be the car the customer likes. I stated I need to speak to a lawyer and he was very disrespectful by screaming at me at that point. I felt very embarrassed then since Dean Rosen was also there watching how that guy was treating me like a thug. He even told me he was going to call the police on me if I was trying to leave the place with the car. I had the right to look for an advisor since I felt they were dealing with my deal improperly since the beginning. I felt stress out all those months just going back and forward with them. How come they make you sign a deal that was all false information and to tell you to walk out of the door with a car that they, themselves, don't even know if it's approved or not. The way they lie to clients it's incredible. Robert Nelson apologized to me after, but I was very upset they have Mr. Armando Rivas working there, since he is not able to treat customers with respect....I returned the vehicle on Monday and never again go to that dealership again! Neither I will recommend people to go! Funny thing was, a week after, I received a letter from Kendall Toyota that they were not able to give me a deal. So, Armando Rivas wanted to put me on another car with no finances done properly again! What a mess of the place More

Nothing but lies and empty promises from sales team. Bait and switch. Avoid Eduardo Solis unless you like to get the run-around and leave disappointed and empty-handed. It all started when I reached Bait and switch. Avoid Eduardo Solis unless you like to get the run-around and leave disappointed and empty-handed. It all started when I reached out to them for a price quote for a lease on an IS200t fsport. I got a call back from Jorge telling me that my color combo was rare (lie #1: there are at least a dozen in south Florida). Then he told me they won't be beat on price (eventually lie #2). After spending an entire day reaching out to several dealers and coming out with a decent monthly payment, I sent Eduardo Solis (the person I was dealing with the majority of the day) a courtesy text to let him know I had already found a great deal. At that point he replied by saying he didn't want to lose me and that we were neighbors. Ok...he had my attention. He called me back to let me know he could beat the monthly by $10. We went over all the details over the phone, and I agree to send a credit application as well as come in. They ran my report and it came back excellent. I punctually arrived at the set time. He greeted me and quickly passed me on to a new person. Okkkkkkk? After a quick test drive, we sat down because I wanted to go over the lease details. The new sales person said he needed to go check on details on the car (wife decided on a more traditional black interior instead of the red). Ok. Waited a few minutes and then approached him. He then said he was trying to check with GM because my deal was too good. Excuse me? The negotiations had already been done. I called it a day and left. I texted Eduardo on my way home to state my displeasure and disappointment. He called back to apologize and that he would speak to the GM first thing the next morning. After a few "still working on it" texts, I get a reply at 3:30p saying "On the car your wife picked out can't be at $xxx). Not even an attempt to come up with a new offer. Really? At the end of the day, nobody won. And they lost what could have been a repeat customer. Go figure. You're better off going a bit north. No games there. More
Nelcy and Talib were very professional and courteous Talib went out of his way to show me vehicle options and respond to my interests. He was not pushy but very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we di Talib went out of his way to show me vehicle options and respond to my interests. He was not pushy but very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't find a car that we wanted, but I left the dealership with a very positive experience and would consider coming back for another car. More

From the moment we walked i My husband and I have been a Lexus loyal customer for over 20 years until we try to buy a new car in 4 different occasion. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out , careless, it was very disappointing. Until we got a call from Maria, one of the managers of Lexus in kendall. She was courteous, professional and was able to convince us to exchange our 2010 36,000 miles Lexus ls460l to a new one. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jay, Rolnil Dufrene and Mauricio. They made sure we were satisfied and I can only say that it was an outstanding experience. This time we walked out with a 2016 Lexus LS460L and smiling. Jay, in Financing, worked tireless to get to the price we wanted and he was very courteous, professional and knolegeble. He really made it happen. It is refreshing after so many years to go back to our always first choice in cars. Hopefully my daughter and I, driving Mercedez Benz, can say the same in the future. Congratulations in getting our loyalty back. Thank you for taking care of us and making my husband very happy with his new car! More
