When my car was delivered to me it appeared to have scratches all over the doors and hood. The sales person and general manager assured me that the car was not detailed properly and the scratches were glue. They told me to bring the car back or they will pick up the car and polish the car to remove the glue ( this issue is pending as of now). More

Unethical dealership! Horrible experience! My wife and I both Drive Lexus and have been loyal Lexus customers for years. We have 6 consecutive lease with Lexus and have nev Horrible experience! My wife and I both Drive Lexus and have been loyal Lexus customers for years. We have 6 consecutive lease with Lexus and have never experience an issue until now. This was our first experience at this dealer (West Kendall) and we will never be back. We went to exchange our car for a new lease, knowing we were over the mileage. The sales person (Rita) worked out a deal with her manager (William) and told us the over mileage would be assumed by the dealer based on the much higher lease rate we were agreeing to. We signed the deal and left. A few weeks later we get a letter from Lexus saying we owe the $1,800 due to the excess mileage. We called our sales person Rita who said she would talk to her manager and work with us to rectify the issue. After several calls and a meeting with the manager the dealership washed there hands and said it was our problem. There position was based on a paper that was signed during the transaction which stipulated they were providing a specific dollar amount for the excess mileage. However we were clearly told by the sales person that this amount covered the entire over mileage not a portion of it! They were very deceitful in how they structured the documents and at no time did they say or include an additional amount that would be pending or owed by us. This was in our opinion done unethically and purposely not explained clearly to get the deal done. Be very careful if you choose this dealership, I know we won't be back. More
Not representative of a luxury car dealer I've been a Lexus customer for 20 years. I bought a brand new 2015 Rx 450 h for 62k. In 2016 I noticed the front bumper popping out. I made 3 attempts I've been a Lexus customer for 20 years. I bought a brand new 2015 Rx 450 h for 62k. In 2016 I noticed the front bumper popping out. I made 3 attempts and 3 weeks of waiting time. The bumper was never fixed. Roger leben was nice to me but he never delivered my vehicle fixed. He never called me at the end. I was told rudely by the receptionist that he was busy having lunch. Only excuses. Everyone including the receptionist working on 04/27/17 was rude to me. My only recourse is I feel Lexus service had diminished to a ZERO level and they don't take the trouble like Land Rover for example to keep their customers. And not worth the price you pay for their vehicles. The only reason I paid for an over priced Toyota was the great service I used to receive. I will NEVER purchase a Lexus again. More
