Exceeded our Expectations!!!! My husband and I have been driving a Lexus for the past 8 years now. We've known Mr. Cesar Alcala for quite a while now. At that time the 2016 was not out as yet, but about a month ago he called me again and we agreed that he was going to find the vehicle that I wanted which I had mentioned that at least I wanted the same equipment as I had on my previous ES350. Well a week and a half ago he called me and mentioned that he had found the car and that he had made arrangements to have the car come into Lexus of Kendall and that he would call when the car was in. Well Monday of last week he called again to advise me that the car was in and we made arrangements for us to see the car which we did last Thursday 9/24, after seeing the car we went to his office to talk $$$, we did not reach an agreement but he mentioned that we was going to speak to his superior and that he would call me the next day (Friday 9/25), Well he called after he spoke to his superior and we kick the price back and forth until we finally reach and agreement. We picked up the car last Friday and we are very happy with it as the car is absolutely beautiful. Regarding Mr Solis I want to say that I am 70 years old and I have been purchasing and leasing cars for the last 53 years and in all of those years I have not had the pleasure of dealing with such a professional, this gentleman has been excellent and we strongly recommend him for his professionalism and his willingness to help and guide a customer.
