Horrible Called the Service Dept and told them I was having my Lexus towed there and wanted it put on there machine to see why my Check Engine light was on and Called the Service Dept and told them I was having my Lexus towed there and wanted it put on there machine to see why my Check Engine light was on and my car was in limp mode... They called my husband a few days later and said we needed spark plugs and wires and a coil replaced and the valve gasket covers... Give us the price of $1200... Pick the car up and took it and had all that stuff done... Car still in limp mode so I called Tammy who was over our case and asked her what the machine said exactly or could I have a printout she informed me it was never put on the machine.. When that's the reason I sent it there so I payed 268.00 for somebody to look at my spark plugs she also said I had a bunch of wires melted together and my mechanic can't find them lol cause it is not true.. My injector wire just one was bare... And then I get a call from Lexus yesterday asking if I wanted to sell them the car cause it has a high resell value... A bunch of crooks just taking ppl money!!!! More

He offered to have his salesman to drop the car off for me to have a test drive, even I lived 2 and haft hour away! He gave me a good deal in the car and it turned out was the exact car we looking for. So we signed the paper on the spot, and the car is our in the matter of hours! Paul Bennett is very nice salesman who delivered the car to me, very patient and explained every thing to the exact!!! Finance paper was done very quickly also! Great dealership, didn't feel forced at all to buy. Service is VERY expensive at this dealership, but in return you do tend to get great customer service. I happened across the exact IS350 I was looking for while surfing the internet one evening at the Lexus of Huntsville Dealership. Not only did the vehicle have all the bells and whistles I was looking for but it was also for the best price I'd seen throughout my past months of searching. I immediately called the dealership to see if it was even feasible to do a long distance purchase. I spoke to Dave Sales (their online sales representative) and he said that there wouldn't be any issues doing a long distance purchase, and he was right! I contacted my bank and had the check sent to the dealership and upon arrival the paperwork was immediately in the mail. Although it took a while for the paperwork to arrive (the delay in the paperwork was nothing to do with the dealership its just takes a while for any mail to reach me out in my isolated area), Dave was constantly in contact with me checking up on it. While I was waiting on the paperwork to arrive I got in contact with Robby Anderson (one of the Dealership's managers) to discuss shipping of the car. He was more than happy to assist me. He put me in contact with a great shipping company "guaranteedshippingnow.com" who offered me a great price to ship my car. Well my sister just received my car today and from what she told me I couldn't be happier. I highly recommended the Lexus Of Huntsville Dealership. Their prices and customer service are fantastic.
