No problems with squeaking with breaking until AFTER my tire rotation and oil change. They did not perform the software update at time of service and it only got done because I brought it up based on my Le tire rotation and oil change. They did not perform the software update at time of service and it only got done because I brought it up based on my Lexus app. Had to come back a different day which was extremely inconvenient and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the breaks at that second visit. So my car is still making sounds with breaking because of something that was done at time of service and they “can’t find anything wrong to fix”. Pretty dissatisfied overall. More

Sucks because I have had a good experience here before, but this time Tyler the person who helped me, forgot to tell me my car was ready, and only told me once I asked him almost 6 hours later for an updat but this time Tyler the person who helped me, forgot to tell me my car was ready, and only told me once I asked him almost 6 hours later for an update, after he said it would only take “a couple hours”. Then when I asked for a lyft back he said ok, but never sent one and I waited 30 minutes and realized I wasn't gonna get a response and had someone drop me off at the dealership only to find out that Tyler's office was locked and lights were off, so I went to the other service manager for him to help me get my car, Im sure this just happen to be a bad day because like I said, I believe Tyler was the one that was super helpful with me in the past with my car. Just sucks I had to go through it. Especially cause I needed a car. More
