Recall review. i took my Lexus in for a recall. Great place and customer service. I was given my car and drove off when I realized there were a couple of idiot light i took my Lexus in for a recall. Great place and customer service. I was given my car and drove off when I realized there were a couple of idiot lights on that I had never seen before. I had to return my car and wait while I was told the mechanic forgot to tighten up a hose. I worked at a dealership for many years and while I am sympathetic to the mechanic, one must learn to end come backs. It leaves a bad taste in everyone’s mouth... More

Covering up faulty maintenance with no response Since arriving to Las Vegas in 2014 from Hawaii, my vehicle has only been repaired and serviced by Lexus dealership in Hawaii or Lexus of Henderson, N Since arriving to Las Vegas in 2014 from Hawaii, my vehicle has only been repaired and serviced by Lexus dealership in Hawaii or Lexus of Henderson, NV. September 3, 2014 was my first service appointment with Lexus of Henderson for a 50K Factory Service. Since then, I've service my LS460 religiously every 5,000 miles with Lexus of Henderson. My last service was on January 11, 2019 for a 85K Factory Service. It was noted at that time, fluid leaking out of the right high pressure fuel pump, which I authorized to replace the seals and "O" rings as needed to stop the leak. On February 21, 2019, I returned the vehicle due to gas fumes coming from the engine compartment. The shop foreman discovered the high pressure fuel line needed to be retorqued which remedied the problem. Upon leaving Lexus Henderson on February 21, 2019, I drove directly to Firestone on West Horizon Ridge Pwky to have 4 of my tires replaced as recommended on the 85K service. The Firestone manager immediately showed me 4 broken Allen screws that was glued to the cover plate and the broken studs still in the rim. By gluing these broken Allen screws back onto the plate, indicated that the technician who broke the screws did not want me the owner to be aware that I had broken studs in my rim. I called David P Torrella (Lexus Service Manager) while at Firestone to inform him about this cover up. I text David the very next day on February 22, 2019 at 2:56 PM for a follow up and he informed that he is still investigating this cover up. Today is Wednesday, February 27, 2019 and I still have not heard from David Torrella, Service Manager for Lexus of Henderson, NV. I am proud to be a Lexus owner and very disappointed in Lexus of Henderson Maintenance Department. I hope someone follows up with me on this terrible incident. More
