New car with brake issue I recently purchased my is300 and I noticed an abnormal braking noise. Took the car to the dealership and they immediately took it in, gave me a loane I recently purchased my is300 and I noticed an abnormal braking noise. Took the car to the dealership and they immediately took it in, gave me a loaner car and had a quick turn around. I was impressed with their professionalism, especially Craig from service for making sure my problem was fixed. They cleaned my car inside and out. They even had my car ready even though I had to pick it up after service hours. Jim the manager made sure my car was ready to go when I arrived. More

Checked in but was forgotten Paperwork after checkin was left in my car so no one had it to call me. Customer service arranged to have my car delivered & I believe they also gasse Paperwork after checkin was left in my car so no one had it to call me.
